How long will we store your personal data?
In case you have accepted to receive commercial communications or made any other request, your personal data will be stored until your request is completed and/or until you request that your data is erased, in order to keep you informed of commercial news that may be of interest to you.
On the other hand, personal data that are necessary for the provision of the services will be stored during the term set forth by the applicable Law (especially, tax and accounting) after the termination of the contractual relationship.
Which is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent and/or, as the case may be, the performance of the contractual obligation.
The consent may be revoked at any time, without retroactively affecting the data processing carried out until such revocation.
It is necessary to complete all fields marked as "mandatory". Failure to provide all required information may result in incomplete provision of the service or attention to your request.

To whom may we transfer your data?
In general, data will not be transferred to third parties, except when legally required, although data of users who have contracted services could be assigned to the Public Administration as may be provided by applicable Law. However, providers located in the United States, under the US-US “Privacy Shield” agreement, may host personal data.
What are your rights regarding the data provided?
You can exercise your right of access to personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, its erasure when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. You may request the restriction, data portability as well as object to the processing of your data, in certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation.
